CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Returns, Refunds and Replacements:
- Returns are applicable only on orders shipped within India.
We only accept returns if the product is defective or damaged, and in an unused condition. - If you have received a damaged product please write to us at customercare@themeraky.com to facilitate the return or exchange of the product, within 10 days of receiving the item. We ask that you include images of the product showing the damage to help our quality control team authenticate the damage claim. Once approved, we will replace the product or refund the amount, whichever option you prefer.
- Refunds can take between 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your account.
- Returns / refunds / replacements are not applicable on orders placed during the Sale period.
Sets:
If you have received a damaged product that is part of a set, please note the entire set will have to be returned for an exchange or refund. So, we ask that you keep the entire set intact to ensure an easy return process.
Cancellation:
Please mail us at customercare@themeraky.com for any cancellation requests. We can only cancel orders if they haven’t been processed by our shipping partner i.e., until the status of your order remains unfulfilled. Once the order is processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
Cancellations are not applicable on orders placed during the Sale period.
Changes in your order information:
If you have entered an incorrect pin code or contact number, please write to us at customercare@themeraky.com to rectify the issue. Please note that we can update the correct code or number only if the order has not been processed by our shipping partner (until the status of the order remains unfulfilled).
Gift Wrap:
At this time, we don’t offer the option of gift wrapping our products. We are however working towards introducing the option soon.
